At Al Arab Perfumes, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Perfumes that are damaged, tampered with, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.

2. How to Request a Return

  3. Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

6. Authenticity Assurance

All products sold by Al Arab Perfumes are 100% authentic and genuine branded perfumes. Your return will be processed only if the product is unused and in original packaging, preserving its authenticity.
