1. Eligibility for Returns

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

Perfumes that are damaged, tampered with, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
6. Authenticity Assurance
All products sold by Al Arab Perfumes are 100% authentic and genuine branded perfumes. Your return will be processed only if the product is unused and in original packaging, preserving its authenticity.
