Refund and Return Policy

At Al Arab Perfumes, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened perfumes.
- Items not in their original condition.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach photos (if applicable).
- Wait for return approval before shipping the product back.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is completed.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need to exchange an item, contact us as soon as possible.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
